About Your Host
Hi! I’m Lali Herrera, LCSW
I’m a licensed psychotherapist based in Westchester, NY, specializing in trauma-informed and psychedelic-informed therapy for adults who feel stuck in long-standing emotional patterns.
I completed a year-long certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and have received additional specialized training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) through Fluence. My work is informed by a holistic perspective that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and the deeper wisdom traditions that have long supported healing and transformation.
I’ve also had a personal relationship with psychedelic medicines for over a decade, and ketamine therapy has been part of my own healing journey. Because of that, I approach this work with both clinical training and lived understanding of how powerful these experiences can be when held in a safe, thoughtful therapeutic container.
In my practice, I work with individuals who want to move beyond coping and into deeper healing. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can be a powerful catalyst for insight, emotional release, and new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world.
This event is a space to demystify ketamine therapy, answer questions openly, and help you understand whether this approach may be a supportive option for you or for the clients you serve.
