Who Spiritual Therapy Is For?

Spiritual therapy is a good fit for you if you’ve done traditional therapy… but still feel like something in you hasn’t been touched yet.

You understand the patterns. You can name the trauma. You’ve worked hard. But the deeper part — the intuitive, ancestral, soul-level part — is still asking for more.

You may be a good fit if you notice yourself in any of these:

  • You feel like the “parentified daughter” who had to grow up too fast and you’re craving healing that honors your inner child and your intuition.

  • You’re hyper-independent but secretly exhausted from holding everything alone.

  • You’re stuck in self-doubt even though you’re self-aware and “good at therapy.”

  • You resonate with the spiritual worlddreams, energy, nature, synchronicity — but you’ve never had space to bring that into the room.

  • You love logic, but you also feel deeply. You want both the practical and the mystical.

  • You’ve done years of talk therapy and still feel an ache, a longing, or a sense that your healing needs to go deeper.

  • You’re a people-pleaser or perfectionist who knows the patterns but wants to actually shift them at the subconscious, spiritual, or somatic level.

  • You’re curious about inner healing, ancestry, symbolism, intuition, and the subconscious and want support from a holistic therapist who doesn’t treat those things as “woo.”

  • You’ve grown tired of relationships where you feel unseen, emotionally unavailable partners, or anxious attachment patterns and you want to heal at the source — not just cope.

  • You’re longing for therapy that honors your mind, your body, your spirit, your lineage, and your inner wisdom all at once.

Spiritual Therapy

The mental health field has been integrating more mind and body practices, but has been forgetting about the Spirit. We must look at the whole picture of who we are.

I see you as a WHOLE being, and thus my lens is wholistic.

My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and Spirit.

Spiritual therapy is a space for you to bring your Spirituality into therapy; nothing you bring in is wrong or weird. All beliefs that you have are sacred.

While I offer expanded-state healing through ketamine therapy and hypnotherapy, my core offering is weekly psychotherapy to address core childhood trauma wounds—grounded in presence, trust, and emotional attunement.

I bring a holistic and shamanic lens to therapy—grounded in deep respect for your inner wisdom.

Healing isn’t linear, and I don’t treat it as such. Instead, I trust the innate intelligence of your psyche and nervous system—what many traditions call the inner healing intelligence. Just like your body knows how to mend a wound, your inner world carries the blueprint for returning to wholeness. My role is to help you listen to it.

What Spiritual Therapy Looks Like

Spiritual therapy in Westchester NY

Spiritual therapy isn’t something I do to you — it’s something we co-create with your intuition, your lineage, and the spiritual beliefs that already live inside you.

You come into this work with your own understanding of meaning — your own faith, symbols, practices, ancestors, rituals, dreams, and ways of connecting to something bigger than yourself. Those are not just welcome here — they’re an essential part of your healing. You don’t need to believe what I believe, and we don’t have to share the same spiritual language at all. What matters is that your beliefs lead the way.

You are the expert of your inner world. You already carry an intelligence that is emotional, ancestral, and spiritual. My role is to walk beside you as a compassionate, steady guide — helping you listen more deeply to the parts of you that have been silenced, dismissed, or ignored.

Many of my clients grew up in families where their sensitivity was misunderstood, their intuition minimized, or their spirituality shamed or brushed aside. In this space, we do things differently. Your inner wisdom matters. Your pacing matters. Your truth leads.

Together, we’ll explore the unconscious and spiritual patterns that keep you stuck — the people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the hyper-independence, the chronic self-doubt, and the deeper soul-level wounds that come from being an unseen daughter of emotionally immature parents. We’ll invite in the parts of you traditional therapy often misses: the body, the spirit, the dreams, the ancestral echoes, and the intuition you’ve always had but were taught to override.

This is a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or translate your spirituality into something palatable. You get to bring your whole self — your beliefs, your questions, your meaning — and let them guide your healing.

FAQs

  • No.
You may just feel intuitive, curious, open, or like something in therapy has been missing. You might not have language for your spirituality yet. You don’t need crystals, rituals, or a clear belief system. You only need a desire to connect with yourself more deeply.

  • Spiritual therapy blends traditional psychotherapy with your own intuitive, ancestral, and spiritual beliefs. It honors your mind, body, and spirit — not just your thoughts. We explore your patterns, your subconscious, and the deeper meaning-making parts of you that talk therapy alone often doesn’t reach.

  • No.
This is not religious therapy and doesn’t follow any specific doctrine. We work with your sense of meaning — whether that’s ancestral, nature-based, mystical, intuitive, or simply a felt sense of connection to something bigger than yourself.

  • Not at all.
You don’t need to identify with any particular religion, tradition, or worldview — and we definitely don’t need to believe the same things. Your own beliefs, symbols, rituals, and sources of meaning guide this work. My role is to support your inner wisdom, not shape it.

  • Traditional therapy focuses on thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
Spiritual therapy goes deeper — into intuition, ancestry, energy, body wisdom, and the subconscious patterns that shape your life. We work with dreams, symbolism, inner child work, and the spiritual threads of your story. It’s grounded, integrative, and deeply experiential.

  • That’s completely okay.
Many clients come in with a mix of curiosity and uncertainty. You don’t have to fully “believe” anything to benefit. Skepticism is welcome — it helps you stay grounded and connected to your truth. Spiritual therapy is about exploration, not conversion.

  • Spiritual therapy is especially supportive if you struggle with:

    • chronic self-doubt

    • feeling “not good enough”

    • people-pleasing

    • perfectionism

    • hyper-independence

    • anxious attachment

    • guilt around setting boundaries

    • feeling disconnected from yourself or your intuition

    • patterns from emotionally immature parents

    • a sense that traditional therapy isn’t reaching the deepest layers of your healing

  • Yes — beautifully.
For many adult children of emotionally immature parents, the spiritual dimension is where the deepest repair happens. We honor the nervous system, the subconscious, and the spiritual wounds simultaneously. This creates a more holistic, embodied, soul-level healing.

  • If aligned, yes.
Hypnotherapy, age regression, and ketamine-assisted therapy can deepen spiritual work by accessing subconscious and expanded states of awareness. These are optional and integrated only with informed consent and clear intention.

  • Every session is co-created with you — never scripted or forced.

    We may explore:

    • your emotions and patterns

    • somatic cues in your body

    • ancestral or familial threads

    • dream symbolism

    • intuition and inner wisdom

    • imagery, visualization, or guided inner work

    • practical tools for boundaries, self-trust, and emotional clarity

  • My standard rate is $225 for a 45–50 minute therapy session.
Hypnotherapy intensives and ketamine-assisted therapy sessions have separate pricing, which you can find on my services page. All sessions are private pay, allowing us to work deeply and collaboratively without insurance limitations.

  • I am an Out-of-Network (OON) provider, which means I do not take insurance directly.
Clients pay at the time of service and, if you have OON benefits, you may be reimbursed a portion of the fee depending on your plan.

If you’re unsure whether you have OON coverage, I can help you navigate your benefits or walk you through questions to ask your insurance company.

  • The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute intro call through my Calendly link.
During that call, we’ll talk about what you’re struggling with, what you’re hopeful for, and whether spiritual therapy feels like the right fit for you.

If we decide to work together, I’ll walk you through a simple onboarding process in SimplePractice so you can complete your paperwork and schedule your first session.

  • Yes.
I offer virtual therapy across New York and New Jersey, as well as nature-based ecotherapy sessions in the Westchester/Lower Hudson Valley area when appropriate.

  • Not at all.
You set the tone and the focus. Spiritual therapy simply gives you permission to bring your whole self — your emotions, your patterns, your beliefs, your intuition — if and when it feels aligned.
