As a spiritual psychotherapist, I blend traditional talk therapy with somatic healing, hypnotherapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy (KAP), and a shamanic lens. We’ll explore not just what hurts, but who you’re here to become.

A Spiritually-Integrative Approach to Therapy

Some parts of healing can’t be named in diagnoses or solved with coping tools. Sometimes, your inner world is asking for something deeper—something that honors not just your thoughts and behaviors, but your soul.

In this work, we may explore dreams, intuitive insights, ancestral connection, or symbolic images from nature. We may use grounding rituals, guided visualization, or somatic awareness to help you access parts of yourself that have been long silenced.

I believe therapy should make space for all of you—including the parts of you that sense, feel, and know. You don’t have to leave your spirituality at the door. If you feel drawn to deeper practices, we can include things like connecting with helping spirits or exploring non-ordinary states of awareness.

These practices are woven in gently, and always at your pace. Therapy remains trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded—never forced, never performative. Just real presence and permission to be your whole self.

My own work is influenced by years of study in earth-honoring traditions, including Andean cosmology and Nordic shamanism. I bring these influences into the space not as a shaman, but as a therapist who believes your healing is sacred.
