I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not accept insurance directly.

All sessions are private pay and payment is due at the time of service.

If you have PPO insurance, you may choose to use Thrizer to help manage out-of-network claims.

For eligible plans, Thrizer allows clients to:

• Pay their out-of-network copay or coinsurance at the time of session

• Have claims submitted on their behalf

• Avoid paying the full session fee upfront

Eligibility is determined by your insurance plan and verified directly through Thrizer.

I remain an out-of-network provider. Thrizer does not change my rates; it is simply an option for clients who prefer assistance using their benefits.

Thrizer works with many insurance plans to simplify out-of-network care.

If eligible:

• You pay your out-of-network copay or coinsurance instead of the full session fee

• Thrizer handles the insurance claim on your behalf

• You avoid reimbursement paperwork and long wait times

Eligibility is determined by your insurance plan and verified through Thrizer directly.

• Individual psychotherapy (45 min): $225

• Hypnotherapy intensives (90–120 min): $500

• Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: Fees vary by phase and are discussed during consultation

All services are private pay. Out-of-network reimbursement or Thrizer eligibility does not change my session rates.

For clients pursuing hypnotherapy intensives or ketamine-assisted therapy, financing may be available through CareCredit.

CareCredit allows eligible clients to spread the hookup of care over time. Eligibility, terms, and interest-free promotional periods are determined by CareCredit and vary by plan.

CareCredit is not available for weekly psychotherapy sessions.
