Let it fall:
An autumn Equinox Hypnosis Gathering

September 22nd | 7:00 PM | Live Online | FREE

The Autumn Equinox marks the moment when day and night are equal. It signals the beginning of nature’s transition inward, as growth slows and the leaves begin to fall.

This gathering is an opportunity to intentionally align with that shift.

Instead of holding onto what has run its course, we’ll use this seasonal threshold to reflect on what this year has grown — and consciously release what you’re ready to leave behind, at the subconscious level.

What to Expect

This 60-minute live online experience includes:

• A brief teaching on the Equinox and seasonal alignment
• Guided intention setting
• A hypnosis journey to imprint your intention in the subconscious
• Reflection and discussion
• Teaching on how subconscious patterns either support or block growth

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

• You feel like something in your life is ready to shift, even if you can’t fully name it yet
• You’re ready to release patterns, beliefs, or ways of being that no longer fit who you’re becoming
• You resonate with subconscious work, ritual, and intentional living

Why Hypnosis?

Most people try to change their lives through willpower. But willpower operates at the conscious level.

The subconscious mind is where your core beliefs, emotional conditioning, and behavioral patterns live. It quietly filters what you notice, what you expect, and what feels possible.

If you consciously want expansion but subconsciously expect disappointment, you will unconsciously orient toward what feels familiar.

Hypnosis allows us to work directly with the subconscious — the layer of mind that actually drives behavior and perception.

Planting an intention there is different than writing it in a journal.

It begins to shift what feels available.

Why This Matters

Sometimes we consciously know we’re ready to let something go — but some part of us is still holding on.

Because releasing what’s familiar can feel uncomfortable, even when we know we’ve outgrown it.

The work isn’t forcing yourself to let go. It’s creating enough internal alignment that you no longer need to hold on.

The Equinox is a threshold.

This gathering is an opportunity to cross it intentionally — honoring what has served you, releasing what hasn’t, and making space for what comes next.

Meet Your Guide

I’m Citlali “Lali” Herrera, LCSW — a psychospiritual therapist specializing in subconscious healing.

My work centers on helping millennial women untangle the patterns that keep them small — self-doubt, hyper-independence, people-pleasing, perfectionism — so they can live with more freedom and alignment.

I integrate hypnosis, ketamine-assisted therapy, and depth-oriented psychotherapy to help clients access the subconscious roots of their patterns — not just talk about them.

Alongside my clinical training, I also hold an animist and shamanic lens. I believe we are not separate from nature — we are nature. Healing happens in rhythm. In cycles. In seasons.

The equinox is not symbolic in a metaphorical sense — it is a real shift in light, energy, and growth. When we consciously work with those shifts instead of resisting them, change becomes more organic.

This gathering brings both lenses together:
Psychological depth.
Seasonal alignment.
Subconscious intention.
