My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. I see you as a WHOLE being, and thus my lens is wholistic.
As a therapist, I blend somatic therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), hypnotherapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy (ketamine therapy) to support deep, lasting change.
While I offer expanded-state healing through ketamine therapy and hypnotherapy, my core offering is weekly psychotherapy to address core childhood trauma wounds—grounded in presence, trust, and emotional attunement.
I bring a holistic and shamanic lens to therapy—grounded in deep respect for your inner wisdom.
Healing isn’t linear, and I don’t treat it as such. Instead, I trust the innate intelligence of your psyche and nervous system—what many traditions call the inner healing intelligence. Just like your body knows how to mend a wound, your inner world carries the blueprint for returning to wholeness. My role is to help you listen to it.
